These terms and conditions form a contract between Client / Participant (hereinafter “you” or “your”) and Pandavolunteer.org that governs your access and use of our website. Please read these Terms carefully. It is a legally binding agreement between you and Company. By your use of the Services, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out in this document. We may terminate your Account or block your Internet Protocol (IP) address at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of these Terms, for conduct that we believes is harmful to our business, or for conduct where the use of the services is harmful to any other party.

 

The domain name Pandavolunteer.org (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is powered by Chengdu Yeetour Culture Co.，Ltd, with its registered office at No.1，1F Building 3，Qingcheng，Mount Qingcheng County，Dujiangyan，Chengdu，Sichuan , China (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Company”).

 

Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you transact on the Website, You shall be subject to the terms and policies that are applicable to the Website and services for such transaction.

 

For the purpose of these Terms, “User”, “Client” or “Participant” shall mean any person who has agreed to become a volunteer participant for the Panda Tourism  Studies Program (“Program”) by providing Registration Information while booking tour on the Website.

 

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE WEBSITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 

UPDATES: We may change these Terms from time to time, by posting updates to our website. An update will be effective for any website use after the date of the update. If any modification is unacceptable to the Participant, its sole remedy shall be to terminate his/her Account. The Participant‘s continued use of services will constitute binding acceptance of such modifications.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS: When you book any tour or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may communicate with you by email. You agree that all invoices, booking confirmations, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that the communications be in writing.

 

BOOKING ACCEPTANCE POLICY: Our website allows you to view and submit your tour booking at the click of a button. After making a booking through us, you will receive an e-mail notification acknowledging it. Please note that this does not mean that your booking has been automatically accepted nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your booking to accept or decline your booking for any reason best known to us.

PAYMENT TERMS; FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITY PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES; THIRD PARTY TERMS: All bookings via our website are offered with the small refundable deposit due at the time of booking for reservations. All balance amounts due and payable with respect to panda volunteer program shall be paid online to Chengdu Yeetour Culture Co.，Ltd. before starting of the tour. Certain aspects of our Services may also require you to register with, and agree to the terms of, third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors) in order to utilize such Services. For example, PayPal is one of our payment processing partners. We have no responsibility for or control over the information collected by third party service provider and we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you may provide to such third party service provider.

In addition, by making use of this website, you hereby acknowledge and consent that we may share some information and data with China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda (CCRCGP) with whom we have a contractual relationship to provide the requested service or functionality on behalf of our site’s customers.

 

TITLE AND RISK: You must check the information entered and correct any errors before clicking on the “Checkout” button. Once this is clicked, any errors cannot be corrected. On receipt of your booking, we will begin processing your information and you will receive a message that your tour booking has been received and confirmed. Where any payment you make is rejected or not authorized, you will be returned to the previous page on the website and we shall not be obliged to provide the services to you.

DISCOUNTS, OFFERS & PROMOTIONS: Any agreed discounts or special offers are offered by Chengdu Yeetour Culture Co.，Ltd. and we reserve the right to amend terms and conditions for special offers at any time and without prior notice. Any such discounts or special offers may be withdrawn by Chengdu Yeetour Culture Co.，Ltd. at its absolute discretion and decision.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: You can cancel your booking from our website anytime. All booking transactions made through the Site are subject to refund policy in effect at the time of booking. As a customer you are responsible for understanding the below mentioned cancellation and refund terms upon booking any services at our website:

Cancellation made 30 days prior to the tour: Deposit – fully refundable;

Cancellation made 15-29 days prior to the tour: Deposit- 50% refundable;

Cancellation made less than 14 days prior to the tour: Deposit – Non refundable.

WHEN WILL I GET THE REFUND?

 

We initiate the refund within 7 working days. For Bank Refund, it may take up to 14 days, for the amount to get credited in your account, after we have initiated the refund. Time taken to process the Refund may vary depending on the mode of payment. Please refer to the list below:

 

Debit card: 7-9 Business days

Credit card: 15 Business days

PayPal: 5-7 Business days

MODE OF REFUND

 

The refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card, PayPal) that was used to make the purchase.

YOUR ACCOUNT: If you open an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer system, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with the these Terms, We shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your IP on the Website and refuse to provide You with access to the Website. Participants agree to notify Company immediately of any unauthorized use of their Account. Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of the Account.

Your use of Pandavolunteer.org is based on the license of Panda Volunteer Intellectual Property to Participant. Company grants Participant a limited, non-transferable license to use Company’s website, tools and related services in accordance with these T&C. Company reserves all rights in the Intellectual Property not expressly granted to Participant. Company provides the services solely on an “AS IS” basis and disclaims all warranties and liability for your use of the Pandavolunteer.org, company’s tools and related services. Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue at any time, with or without notice, the Sites and/or services offered on or through the Sites (or any part thereof), including but not limited to the website, features, look, feel, and functional elements and related services.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: For purposes of this Agreement, “Intellectual Property” shall mean (a) methodology for the provision of Services; and (b) ideas, website, applications, processes, code, technology, software, copyrights, logos, domain names, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, bookings and materials. Company hereby retains all worldwide right, title and interest in and to the Intellectual Property. Any rights not expressly granted herein to the Intellectual Property shall be retained by Pandavolunteer.org. You acknowledge that all right, title and interest to the Intellectual Property is owned by Pandavolunteer.org.

 

PARTICIPANT’S ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: You acknowledge and agree for not to use, nor permit any third party to use, the website to distribute, link to, publish, reproduce, engage in or transmit any of the following, including but not limited to:

Illegal and fraudulent information,

threatening, harassing, inappropriate or objectionable information communications of any kind, including without limitation conduct that would encourage “flaming” others, or criminal or civil liability under any local, state, federal or foreign law;

Trojan horse, worm or other disruptive or harmful software or data; and

Any other information or content which is not legally yours and without permission from the intellectual property rights owners.

MONITORING: We may monitor your account. We may disclose any information necessary for our legal obligations to protect Company or its customers. We, in our sole discretion, may refuse to create or remove any account, in whole or in part, alleged to be unacceptable, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms and conditions.

WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these terms is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other provisions and the Agreement will be deemed amended to the extent necessary to make it legal, valid, and enforceable.
